Cookie Policy

This is a short policy because EditFrame uses almost no cookies. The site sets exactly one, it exists to remember a choice you made, and nothing on these pages tracks you across the web.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store on your device. On a later visit, the browser sends the file back so the site can recognize something about the earlier visit: a login state, a language preference, or a consent choice. Cookies cannot run programs or read other files on your device. They are simply labels your browser carries on behalf of a site.

The cams_consent cookie contains only a preference value such as accepted or declined, plus the date the choice was made. It does not contain your name, email, IP address or any identifier tied to you as a person.
The consent banner
On your first visit, a banner asks for your cookie preferences. Because the only cookie we set is the one that stores this choice, accepting and declining have the same practical result here: the site works identically either way, and nothing optional is loaded before or after you choose. Your selection is written to cams_consent and kept for 6 months. After it expires, the banner appears again on your next visit and you can choose again. To change your mind sooner, delete the cookie in your browser settings and the banner will reappear. How to disable cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. The site remains fully readable with cookies disabled; the only side effect is that the consent banner may show on each visit.
Chrome: open Settings, then Privacy and security, then Cookies and other site data, and choose your blocking level or clear stored cookies.
Firefox: open Settings, then Privacy and Security, and use the Enhanced Tracking Protection and Cookies and Site Data controls.
Safari: open Settings or Preferences, then Privacy, and enable Block all cookies or manage website data from there.
Edge: open Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies and site data.
